Who needs video? You do

If you want to better engage with your audience, if you want to impart information faster, and if you want to be hip like all the cool companies, you need video.

Multimedia content, namely video, is the gold standard for engaging audiences on every platform and channel. No longer just a “nice-to-have”, video is an essential component of your overall marketing strategy and is central to reinforcing your brand’s credibility and image.

Here are some rapid-fire facts:

  • Video helps 90% of customers decide to buy a product.
  • After watching video, 64% are more likely to buy a product.
  • Four times more customers will watch a video than read text.
  • 9% of worldwide marketing professionals rate video as the content with the best ROI. (Adobe)
  • Video is shared 12 times more than the combined totals of text and images.
  • 92% of mobile users share videos.
  • 50% of executives search out more information after watching a video.
  • Embed a video and your page is 53 times more likely to show up on the first page of Google search results.

Video is memorable.

  • You remember 55% more content three days after viewing a video than if you just read it in text.
  • 1 minute of video is equal to 1,800,000 words. (James McQuivey, Forrester Research)

We listed those stats out to get you facts as fast as we could using text. If that information had been a video, even if it was just a list of facts, it would have been more enjoyable. There would have been things moving and graphics and maybe some voiceover and sound effects. We’re imagining right now—are you? Glorious, isn’t it?

What we’ve just done is proven our point by showing how the opposite doesn’t work. You are going to remember seeing all those stats, but most likely they won’t stay with you. And, you won’t be able to share them as easily.

So, here’s a 1-minute video compilation of some of the video work we’ve done. Watch it. Love it. Share it.

Why ADG video?

Did you see that video up there? We don’t want to toot our own horn, but beep beep. Moving on. . . .

Here at ADG, we’re fully equipped to create high-impact motion video content, from pre-production, to production, to post-production.

Our video team is composed of technical masters and maestros of storytelling. Crafting your video in our fully equipped and custom-designed studio, we expertly combine sound, performance, and animation to turn your stories into moving works of art. Techniques in modern design, industry best practices, and strategic messaging influence the entire video production. Our diversity of clients and projects, mixed with our ever-evolving skills, constantly infuse fresh ideas and solutions to our video process.

ADG's video studio

We’re nimble, too, able to come to you to film on location or film in our studio. And what a studio it is! Our 1,400 square foot, state-of-the-art production studio, complete with 270° hard cyclorama (a big, permanent green screen), is ready to make your project look out of this world (literally, if that’s what’s needed). But that’s not all.

Attached to our studio are staging spaces for performers or subject matter experts to prepare for their on-camera appearances. We have a dedicated post-production area equipped with state-of-the-art editing equipment and a custom-built audio studio. We also have a dedicated review suite where clients can come in and preview their video at various stages in the process, collaborating and providing feedback to an editor in real-time.

What can ADG do?

We’ve created a wide range of videos for our clients over the years for a diverse variety of projects. Each one had its own rules, limitations, and goals. Each had its own style, cadence, and texture. But basically, if you can dream it (even if you need a little help fleshing out the dream into reality), we can deliver it.

Some of the video projects we’ve worked on have been:

  • Motion Graphics
  • Explainers
  • Narrative/Dramatic
  • Documentary
  • Interview

One more thing. When working on a video project, we consider all the above, but then we analyze one final thing: How and where the video will be used. A web-based video is very different from one projected on a 70ft screen during a presentation. We make sure each video is optimized for whatever medium in which it will be viewed. Often, for some of the more adventurous and unique projects, we’ll also be technical advisors to ensure our customers have the proper equipment to realize their video vision.
